Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we offer a wraparound care service until 5.30pm.

All children (Nursery to Year 4) are welcome.

We have an exciting opportunity here at Thropton Village First School!

We are looking for a Nursery Teaching Assistant for our afternoon nursery sessions, and to continue the day with our afterschool care provision.

Thropton Village First School External Lights

Please be aware that we have recently upgraded our school external lighting system.  The external lights now in place are LED Energy Efficient Spotlights.

However, whilst our new lightning system is far more energy efficient than those they replaced, they are brighter. These work on a dusk to dawn setting.

We are presently working with an electrician to find a solution  to minimise the impact these new brighter lights may cause.
